We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of ES-9 Wizard. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
Overview
ES-9 Wizard is a digital software product. Because digital products can be used immediately after purchase and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, we offer refunds under specific circumstances outlined below.
Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- The Software does not function as described on our website
- You experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Software, and our support team is unable to resolve them
- The Software is not compatible with your system (macOS or Windows), despite meeting our stated requirements
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at ungluedlabs@gmail.com
- Include your order confirmation email or the email address used for purchase
- Briefly describe the reason for your refund request
We will respond to your request within 2 business days.
Processing Time
Once your refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer
Non-Refundable Situations
We generally cannot offer refunds if:
- More than 14 days have passed since your purchase
- You simply changed your mind about the purchase
- You purchased the Software without owning an Expert Sleepers ES-9 module
- The issue is with the ES-9 hardware itself, not our software
