These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ES-9 Wizard software ("Software") provided by Unglued Labs, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing or using the Software, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, downloading, or using ES-9 Wizard, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
License Grant
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to:
- Install and use the Software on up to two (2) computers that you own or control
- Use the Software for personal or commercial purposes related to configuring Expert Sleepers ES-9 hardware
Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Software
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Rent, lease, lend, or sublicense the Software
- Share your license key with others
- Use the Software for any unlawful purpose
Payment
ES-9 Wizard is sold as a one-time purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect existing purchases.

Intellectual Property
ES-9 Wizard and all associated intellectual property are owned by Unglued Labs, LLC. "ES-9" and "Expert Sleepers" are trademarks of their respective owners. This software is an independent third-party product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Expert Sleepers.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
